Account & Payment Rules

Account Management

You are responsible for the security and proper use of your account. Please follow the rules below strictly:

Keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential and do not share them with anyone.
If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
Allowing any third party to use your account is strictly prohibited.
To change account details, contact the support team and verify your identity.
Inactive accounts (not used for more than 12 months) may be declared dormant.
tk501 reserves the right to review and verify the activity of any account.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Financial transactions at tk501 are governed by the following rules:

Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including major banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank).
The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 across all methods.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
Standard withdrawal processing takes between 30 minutes and 3 hours.
Withdrawal requests will only be approved to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
The applicable wagering requirement must be met before withdrawing from bonus funds.
If fraud or unusual transactions are suspected, tk501 may place withdrawals on hold and conduct an investigation.

Currency: All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Transactions in foreign currencies are not accepted.

Bonuses & Gaming Rules

tk501 offers various bonuses and promotions. These bonuses are granted subject to the following terms:

Welcome Bonus: 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,000 bonus, making your total balance ৳2,000.
Wagering Requirement: You must wager 25 times the bonus amount. For example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳25,000 in bets before the bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the original deposit.
Each user may claim each promotion only once.
Bets placed with bonus funds that are voided or placed on restricted games will not count toward wagering progress.
tk501 reserves the right to modify or discontinue any promotion. Notice will be given on the platform if changes are made.
If bonus abuse or fraud is found, the bonus may be voided and the account suspended.

Example: Depositing ৳12,000 gives you a maximum bonus of ৳5,000, making your total balance ৳17,000. The bonus cap does not exceed ৳5,000.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All gaming and betting activity at tk501 is governed by the following rules:

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
If a game or bet is interrupted due to a technical error, tk501 has the authority to make a final decision.
In sports betting, if an event is cancelled or changed, the bet amount will be refunded.
In live casino games, the dealer's decision is final.
The results of slots and other games are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG).
In cases of suspicious betting patterns or unusual wins, tk501 reserves the right to investigate and withhold payment.
Placing the same bet from multiple accounts on the same event is prohibited.

Engaging in fraudulent conduct toward other users.

Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, trademarks, software, and other elements of the tk501 platform are protected by the intellectual property rights of tk501 or its licensors.

No content from the platform may be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without tk501's written permission.
Unauthorized use of tk501's logos, trademarks, or brand elements is prohibited.
Reverse engineering the platform's software or database is prohibited.
